CARS (Cash for Clunkers) Buying Guide

First, a note on how you can qualify for a Cash for Clunker voucher (all mpg figures are EPA combined):

Your trade in must get 18 mpg combined or less, be built after 1983, and still be in drivable condition. It must also have been registered and insured in your name for over one year.
